I’ve been a patient for several years and have been very happy with the entire office! As soon as you walk in you feel welcome, the front desk is staffed with nice and helpful people which is important to me since I left my previous dermatologist due to incompetence of the office staff. And then there is Dr. Bansal—she is an amazing doctor who is very personable, explains the diagnosis and treatment and always has time for questions. The staff are very responsive and you get in and out of the office very quickly. However, I feel like the set time frames (i.e., 15 min or 30 minutes depending on the service) causes the doctor; at least the one that provided services to me, to feel very rushed, and to speak very quickly which added to difficulty understanding her.

Our 1st visit was a same day emergency visit after an itchy rash flare up the night before. On that 1st visit our doctor was Dr. Lui. Simply stated, Dr. Lui was excellent! She is competent, comforting, caring, and reassuring. The skin lotion and pills she prescribed did give my wife some measure of relief. The narrow band UB light sessions she recommended helped also. We are thankful Dr. Lui treated my wife, and, we're very appreciative of her and her medical knowledge and skills. Our 2nd visit was another post rash flare up same day emergency visit. Dr. Lui was not available so our visit was with Dr. Kuehlewind. Fortunately for us, Dr. Kuehlewind was another personable, confident, and talented doctor. Dr. Kuehlewind continued the light treatments and changed the meds, and my wife's rash misery subsided. We left both our of visits highly satisfied and very much appreciative of both excellent doctors.

I went to Dr. Bansal for the first time yesterday. Loved the office, the staff and Dr. Bansal. There was no waiting they took me right back. Everyone there is so nice. I was in for a spot on my face (turned out to be a sunspot) While I was there I had a body check. Dr. Bansal found a mole that didn't look normal. She cut it off right there and sent it to the lab to be checked I didn?t have to make a separate appointment for that which was very nice. I will continue to use Dr. Bansal for all of my Dermatology needs in the future and recommend her to anyone else looking for a Dermatologist.

For eleven year I have had psoriasis. I went to multiple doctors and no one could find the right treatment for my case. I was fortunate to find Dr. Cheryl Bansal, a gifted physician, who is not only competent, but also a good communicator. She explains her rational for the treatment. he has hired an excellent staff. I personally have spoken with Jennifer, who has helped me with my insurance matters. I also have spoken with Rachel and Allison who relayed my questions to the doctor. I recently visited Dr. Bansal's office for the first time and based simply on first impression I don't know why you would want to go anywhere else. The staff is as wonderfully polite and quick to assist you. CLEAN and beautiful office. Prior to your appointment they sent me all the paperwork that needed to be completed which was nice because I did not have to sit in the waiting room completing it. When I called for an appointment they were able to get me in within the week!! Every other office I had called was at least a month or more wait, big points!! Once I was called back for my appointment (quickly I might add) everything was great. I personally suffer from serious acne issues and Dr. Bansal made me feel better about it. She was upfront about everything and was very understanding. She knows what she is talking about and listens to your concerns and I feel like she had a genuine interest in helping me. Treatment was quick and she made sure I was comfortable. As far as prescriptions she explained them all to me so I will know how to use them and also provided me with samples and coupons to make them more affordable. I truly would recommend her based on this experience 110%!! I am actually excited to return in a few weeks for my check up to make sure my treatment is working! What an AMAZING doctor, I can say I have found my dermatologist and could not be happier!!

I hope you all know how truly appreciative I am of all you do! My experience at Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology and with Dr. Bansal has been nothing short of excellent. It is hard to find a quality and knowledgeable practice that is patient, caring and truly has the patient?s best interest at heart, but Dr. Bansal and her staff do just that! I went to Dr. Bansal on the verge of tears after being ashamed of the condition of my face from cystic acne, and after leaving my first visit I already had a renewed faith in myself and confidence my condition would improve. I no longer have to take the medicine and only apply the face cream if I need it which is great (and I barely have to do that)! On my last visit I received a chemical peel and I plan to go back for a few more to help get rid of some of the surface scarring. Several of my friends and co-works have complemented me on my skin and how great it is looking and you have no idea how happy that makes me! Thanks to her I really believe I have my confidence back and don't feel embarrassed about my skin. I even have a co-worker of mine that sees her now as well! I just wanted to write this update so I can truly express how much I believe in her practice and how grateful I am to have found her and have her as my doctor!

Growth on back of hand. Spoke to Doctor Bansal on the phone. She returned my call promptly, very pleasant manner, took sufficient time to make sure I understood the situation. As I hung up I remember thinking “what a pleasant phone call that was”. Couldn't have gone better. Sample of growth taken, tested, and found to be benign. Removal was scheduled and accomplished. Doctor Bansal is friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff and the PA who took the sample were all friendly and knew their stuff. I judge it to be a very well-run and professional practice. I would heartily recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I saw Dr. Bansal in reference to a cosmetic procedure. She was very nice, down to earth and spent the appropriate amount of time addressing my questions. My friend recommended Dr. Bansal, I then looked her up on Angie's List. She was rated well so I made the appointment. The appointment was about two weeks later and she took only about 20 minutes to take care of my concern.

I had an annoying mole on one of my ears. Recently, it had become larger and more bothersome (i.e., prone to abrasions). I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Bansal based on the reviews she had received and her proximity to my house. I was pleasantly surprised that there was an opening with the Physician Assistant that afternoon or with Dr. Bansal in a week. I opted to see the PA that afternoon. The office was pleasant and the staff was efficient and professional. The PA, Ms. Garcia, was very professional and pleasant. She explained things about moles that I might not thought of asking about and answered my questions very thoroughly. I was surprised again when she asked me if I wanted the mole removed right then and there. I certainly did, and in little time at the entire mole was gone. She carefully explained every step of the process before and during the procedure. The mole turned out to be benign (as Ms. Garcia expected), and the scar is healing nicely. It was a very routine visit from the office's perspective, I'm sure, but it could not have gone any smoother.

She is very professional. Her office is nice, clean and seems to run very smoothly. She saw me right on time. She seems to be very knowledgeable about dermatology. She looks young but I think she knows what she do doing. I have only seen her once but I had no problem getting in. They have a nice online system so you can do all your registering before you go. You can submit questions to her online and she responds.

I have several serious skin conditions due to an auto-immune deficiency. Dr. Bansal listened attentively to my concerns, did a thorough examination, asked further questions and discussed treatment options with me IN DETAIL. She also suggested a light therapy and her practice is one of the few in the area that offer this particular treatment, which was a two-for-one for my needs. Additionally, she prescribed a medication and offered some advice on night treatments and sunscreens...all of which offered me maximum treatment. It went well to date; communication is excellent. They have a patient portal website which is great for reviewing your charts, medications, treatments and offers appointment-scheduling as well as reminders. Additionally, you can ask the doctor questions via this venue. I have ongoing treatment with Dr. Bansal and I will follow-up as I proceed...that said, I would, at this point, recommend this practice.

Today I had a follow up visit to my first December visit with Dr. Cheryl Bansal. At my first appointment I was taken for a 1:00 pm appointment at 1:05. I walked out of her office at 1:30! After a thorough body scan, Dr. Bansal answered all of my questions. We scheduled a follow up appointment to remove a wart on the bottom of my foot for 4 weeks later. I have NEVER had a dermatologist take me so close to my appointment time and devote almost 30 minutes to me, without interruption. In addition, except for the wart removal, Dr. Bansal did not suggest or "push" the removal of anything else. Usually when I leave the dermatologist I can't escape without 5-10 keratoids, bumps,.. being burned off. If you are looking for a new dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Bansal.
